What is the MISSION? Identify and develop potential Lions/Lioness leaders. Communicate and ensure delivery of quality training programs. (See page 3 for upcoming learning opportunities.)

What are the GOALS? Communicate training opportunities across the district. Identify and develop new trainers and leaders. Facilitate training at future cabinet meetings and 2014 District Convention.

How can you PARTICIPATE? Participate in District training—officer and CEP training when scheduled. Participate in LCI training—webinars, CEP (Club Excellence Program) training and Lions Learning Center courses. Volunteer to help out.
