I am pleased to report that Lion Bill Radant of the Manitowish Waters Lions Club has won the Lions International Photo contest at the state level of Wisconsin Lions. His photo entitled “A Misty Morning “ will be entered in the International final phase. We wish Lion Bill the very best and we are all pulling for him in this last and final portion of the contest. Congratulations, Lion Bill and Good Luck!!!
